Meiko shot the below spreads of Nikki Shaw, the wife of the Lakers’ assistant coach Brian Shaw, at the couple’s house for the latest issue of Uptown Magazine (making Meiko’s husband and basketball fans everywhere super-jealous, we’re sure.)

Meiko Arquilloswhimsical photography style is on full display in Parents Magazine’s July issue in a spread that features bobbleheads!

“I worked with my photo editor very closely to make this picture happen, and all the prep work really paid off,” said Meiko.

“Finding the right location and the right car dashboard was a bit tricky, but I LOVE working on projects like this where I have an opportunity to collaborate during the pre-production process.”

A sampling of some of our favorite shots from the one and only Meiko Arquillos! Why? Because she’s just that great!

Meiko shares her unique sensibility on her blog, a online journal of her daily observations and impressions. There’s a little bit of something for everyone— from exciting new exhibitions to delicious food. We’re inspired just looking at it!
